Increase the Company’s market share for the assign market

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to support ongoing business growth.

Conduct cold calls, client visits, and online outreach to generate leads.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Track progress towards sales goals and adjust tactics to ensure targets are achieved.

Build strong long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.

Finalize sales contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics; provide insights to help refine sales strategies.

Work closely with Sales, Planning, and Quality Control teams to align sales campaigns and ensure smooth delivery.

Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product exhibitions to showcase Rubberflex’s products.

Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must at least possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business

Must have ample exposure in terms of sales networking

Pleasant personality, presentable appearance

Has good command of spoken and written English

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Good team working skills.

Willing to travel overseas (if required)

At least 2-3 years sales experience in customer service and sales co-operation or related industries

Able to speak and read mandarin is an advantage
