Warehouse Operations

Assist in overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch timely manner

Ensure accurate inventory records through proper system transactions and physical stock control.

Monitor cycle counts by part class (A/B/C), stock audits, and discrepancy investigations.

Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow to improve efficiency and space utilization.

Logistics & Distribution

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer delivery requirements.

Work closely with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives to optimize freight and handling expenses.

Ensure shipping documentation (DO, packing list, invoices, customs documents) is accurate and complete.

Monitor Air freight costs on monthly basis

People & Team Support

Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in supervising warehouse staff and contractors.

Assist in manpower planning, task allocation, and daily work prioritization.

Provide on-the-job guidance and ensure staff follow SOPs, safety rules, and work instructions.

Compliance, Safety & Quality

Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Support implementation of 5S, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse.

Investigate warehouse or logistics-related issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and analyze operational reports (inventory accuracy, OTIF, space utilization, aging stock).

Support improvement projects related to inventory reduction, lead-time improvement, and cost control.

Participate in cross-functional meetings with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Finance.

Work on system improvement on proper warehouse controls
