DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to reduce downtime and defects

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions

Monitor and analyse production KPIs, yields, and cycle times

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Support production line setups, upgrades, and cross-functional projects

Provide ad-hoc technical and operational support to address urgent production, quality, and process
