JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time

Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance

Prepare daily activities planning & programming

Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, other M&E services

Any other assignments instructed by Superiors or the Management



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent

Knowledge in design and AutoCad are an added advantage

Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors

Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels

Mature personality, independant, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making

At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferable having Data Centre experience.

Possess with own transport and willing to travel
