About the role

Join Malaysia’s Leading Theme Park as a Pool Attendant and play a key role in ensuring guest safety and enjoyment across our water attractions. We're seeking alert, energetic, and service-driven individuals who can maintain a safe environment and deliver excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool areas and surrounding facilities to ensure safety.

Providing lifeguard services and assisting guests in the water as needed.

Maintain pool cleanliness and check functionality of pool equipment.

Enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of pool-related equipment and activities.

Provide excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.

Record incidents, inspections, and daily activity logs accurately.



Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Previous experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant is an advantage.

Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Able to remain alert, responsible, and calm under pressure.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests

Able to work on shifts, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
