Job / Function Purpose :

To achieve business targets assigned by the Company and achieving key KPIs set by company.



Key Duties & Responsibilities :

To provide updates to agency force on the Company’s latest development and compliance matter.

To execute agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force.

To manage, track and monitor agencies’ performance.

To conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders and agents to ensure that their performance is on track.

To motivate/coach/provide timely support to agency force to achieve production targets.

To build good business relationship with agency force via regular visitations.

To ensure compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.

To conduct relevant training to agency force.

To plan and organize activities that drive productivity.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in handling agents in insurance or other related industry.
