Job Responsibilities:

Process Reinstatements

Handle end-to-end reinstatement requests in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure accurate processing and timely updates in internal systems.

Prepare Appeal Communications

Draft and compile appeal emails for escalation to management for review and approval.

Ensure appeals are well-documented and supported with relevant information.

Support Manager with Ad-Hoc Tasks

Assist the manager with various ad-hoc assignments and operational needs on a regular basis.

Provide administrative and analytical support as required.

Prepare Manual Letters and Counter Offer Letters (COL)

Generate manual letters and COLs related to reinstatement requests.

Ensure all correspondence is accurate, professional, and aligned with internal standards.

Review and Maintain SOPs and Servicing Guidelines

Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Servicing Guidelines.

Ensure documentation reflects current processes, laws, and regulatory changes.

Daily Operational Support

Attend to daily servicing activities as required by the Policy Servicing unit.

Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a bachelor's degree in insurance or a related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry.

Strong knowledge of insurance operations including underwriting, claims, policy administration and customer service.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases, escalation and high-pressure work environment.

High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Possess relevant professional certification (e,g : LOMA) is an added advantage
