Responsibilities

Responsible to manage new change request on external maintained system from change request scope definition through implementation across internal, external and cross functional teams.

Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application related requests/enquiries.

Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.

Understand and familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications.

Able to access database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of section.

Ensure project/dept milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

To meet and attend the demand and delivery of data warehouse systems/services and system.

Follow-up and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly sign-off and documented.

Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the various applications.

Provide IT solutions to meet the business need that is aligned to the Company’s strategic business objective.

Ensures assign tasks and assignment are completed satisfactorily on time, and in compliance with proposal and established standards.

Responsible to assist in smooth running of business as usual for IT functions.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology.

Minimum 1 years' experience in IT related function.

Databases knowledge (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc)

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Effective communication, writing and interpersonal communication.

Good business acumen and organization awareness.
