Job Responsibilities:

To carry out marketing and sales functions to meet company and departmental goals.

To establish reliable sales forecast.

To know the products well and advise the customer or potential clients accordingly.

To take orders and reviews the delivery capability.

To document customers’ needs, communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customer’s requirement are understood and can be fulfilled.

To handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.

To the issue of PDM and ECN form upon confirmation of customers’ orders.

Responsible for the collection in due course.

Responsible to inform QA about Customer Complaints and take necessary action to follow up.

Responsible to communicate customers’ safety product liability and chemical management requirements to our Environments and Quality Assurance Departments Managers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Studies or equivalent professional qualification.

1-3 years of working experience (preferably in related field) will be an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Possess own transport (will requires to travel frequently)

Energetic, independent and result oriented.
