Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for technical support to Sales PIC by providing proposals for new & existing products.

To design carton structure based on customer requirement, product shape and properties to align customer process requirement within the budget.

Preparing presentation slide & proposal report for customer.

Conduct relevant lab test evaluation for study purposes, analysis for internal & external input.

Online monitoring for the new development jobs in the production line.

Attend to customer site for trial & test confirmation.

Cost saving initiative activities for internal improvement and sustainability.

Inter-department co-ordination and communicate actively with related stakeholders.

To involve in ISO documentation & maintaining/improve the SOP.

Generate a summary report for the new development activities on a weekly & monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or any equivalent field in packaging industry

Fresh graduate or experience in product design field will be an advantage

Knowledgeable in product development and good in presentation skills

Good in initiating solutions, project management and management skills

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel

Readiness to explore and adapt with fast-paced environment
