Job Responsibilities :

Overall supervision on admin and documentation.

In charge export container haulage arrangement (include ocean freight).

Prepare monthly production D-X day report.

Prepare DIFOT report.

Manage weekly inventory report & run outstanding delivery report.(DIFOT CTN)

Generate Monthly Transport Cost report.

Generate Ageing Report.

Daily transport cost checking.

Verify export transport cost for payment processing.

Follow SOP/ Process flow & monitoring on schedule of 5S internal audit.

Verify pallet invoice, CR& DR and GRN issuance.

Subcon GRN verification.

Update lorry attendance.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Degree holder Business Administration/Supply Chain or any equivalent courses

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented.

Ability to plan, coordinating for smooth operation and inventory management

Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.

Hardworking, positive working attitude and willing to undergo fast-paced environment

Good analytical, strategic and forward thinking
