Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for instrumentation and electrical systems in the plant.

Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control devices, including PLC, DCS, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and related components.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, motor control centers (MCC), frequency inverters (VFD), and power distribution systems.

Attend to machine breakdowns and carry out timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Execute electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities during planned and unplanned shutdowns.

Conduct routine inspections and complete equipment checklists for electrical and instrumentation systems.

Assist in plant expansion, modification, and continuous improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.

Maintain good housekeeping and practice 5S in plant and workshop areas.

Work on shift rotation and provide standby support when required.

Job Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences preferably in manufacturing industries

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Able to work in heavy and tough environment, hands-on, long working hour (if-needed), shift work and OT

Possess hand-on knowledge in instrumentation & control/maintenance and good technical skills

Initiatives, fast learner and discipline candidate

Candidates must willing to work in Banting, near KLIA
