Job Descriptions:-

QC:-

Responsible on process improvement involving quality design as well as cost optimization.

Coordinating of new product development to meet new market demand (at the request of sales department)

Planning, organizing and overseeing process and product trials and projects.

Formulation of quality standards

Ensure lab quality system is in proper manner & upgrade procedure when necessary.

Ensure product meet the quality specification and smooth operation in quality control and administration activities.

Involve in external & internal audit activities.

Provide briefing & training to subordinate when necessary.

Coordinate calibration program for checking & testing equipment.

In charge and consult on managing MS ISO 9001:2000 & MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 quality system.



Production:-

To ensure high performance and effectiveness of mill operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture & practise

Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets

Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule

Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer's requirements

Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department

Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure

Prepare routine operational report and document update

Analyze operational data for continues improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise



Job Requirements:-

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Resource Paper and Coatings Technology or equivalent (course relevant to paper industry will be an added advantage).

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Knowledgeable in management system.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must possess strong leadership, independent & self-starter with good interpersonal qualities.

Proven track record in relevant functional area.

High commitment and fast learner.

Must willing to work in Banting area, nearby KLIA.

Able to work under fast pace and tough environment.
