Job Description
Own It:

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development preferably within Logistics Industry.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals.
Ability to think critically and strategically to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events and trainings.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities to foster lasting partnerships and strategic alliances.
