· Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with the stakeholders.

· Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.

· Collaborate with engineering and design to develop and maintain a prioritize product and execute on delivering meaningful experiences for users.

· Define the way of driving these products and constantly find ways to improving this process in a data driven manner. Owners of the collaboration process and tools

· Be the conduit to resolve any alignment or communication gaps, through tactful and transparent discussions.

· Collect data, user feedbacks, and market research, and use that to inform product development.

· Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure that product meet business goals and customer needs.

· Support the organization leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.

· Create and maintain the Delivery Roadmap for the teams inclusive of the respective Tech & Product Leaders.

· Coordinate with cross- functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts and other TPMs to ensure we do things right and on time.

· Communicate with Internal & External shareholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience ranges from 5 to 7 years in product management, preferably in a related industry

A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Experience coordinating complex product development cycles, software/hardware development schedules.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Have the experience to prioritize multiple, high-priority projects in a high-paced environment.

Effective communication skills to handle comms to management, and cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects.

Experience working in a dynamic fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and able to juggle between different Projects/tasks to achieve the common outcomes for the company.
