The job description is as follows:



Manage the Group’s corporate finance projects;

Assist in mergers & acquisitions, divestments, capital market fund raising exercises, including the due diligence and valuation processes;

Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modelling and feasibility assessments for corporate finance proposals;

Draft Board papers, correspondences with regulators, investment bankers, to procure the necessary approvals; and

Oversee project schedules, regulatory approvals, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination, including with solicitors, investment banks, professional advisers, etc.



The qualification / experience required:



A degree in accounting or finance or law;

Proficiency in analysing financial statements;

At least five years experience in project management / accounting / corporate finance;

Strong capabilities in financial modelling, project management & planning;

Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements / Capital Markets and Service Act; and

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
