Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Management (Hunting & Farming)

Actively hunt for new office fit-out projects by building networks with Interior Designers, PMCs, and Contractors.

Secure enquiries for loose furniture packages (e.g., open-plan offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas).

Maintain relationships with partners to ensure Apex is their "Top of Mind" choice for furniture.

2. Quotation, Proposal & Presentation

Prepare detailed furniture quotations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and proposals based on floor plans provided by the ID/Client.

Conduct professional presentations to propose furniture specs, fabric finishes, and ergonomic solutions.

Follow up aggressively on submitted proposals using digital tools to close the deal.

3. Site Coordination & Operations

Conduct site visits to verify measurements and check site readiness (ensure site is clean/ready for furniture installation).

Coordinate between the client, the ID, and our internal logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

Willingness to work occasional weekends or flexible hours if a project installation deadline requires it.

4. Digital Discipline & Reporting

Diligently track all leads, project pipelines, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Maintain rapid response times via Email, WhatsApp, and Google Chat.

Generate weekly sales forecasts and activity reports for the Superior with minimal supervision.



Job Requirements:-

Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in outdoor and B2B sales within Office Furniture, Contract Furniture or Commercial Interiors.

Experience in related interior trades (Flooring, Lighting, Carpeting) with a strong network of IDs/PMCs.

Proven track record of dealing with Interior Designers, PMCs, and Contractors in the corporate office sector.

Strong command of spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Ability to read floor plans/layouts and understand furniture specifications (dimensions, materials, ergonomics) and must be tech-savvy (CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp for Business).

Mandatory possession of own transport and a valid driving license for frequent site and partner visits.

Exceptional sales skills with a proactive approach, “Hunter” mentality and able to work under project deadline pressure.
