Accountable for planning, coordinating and managing of staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and sales performance.

Guide and motivate the entire operation team in sales, meeting KPIs and uphold team spirits among the staffs.

Observe and enforce team to follow and adhere to procedures and policies through team development and training.

Ensure on food quality and standard are being controlled.

Regularly review of operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Tight monitoring on staff scheduling, staff training, stock-taking, inventory control, cash management and POS system for results efficiency.

Work closely with product planning team and provide inputs to menu upgrading to overcome market competitiveness.

Prioritize work, monitor standards and conduct regular quality audits

Comply with company and client Health, Safety and Food Safety legislation

To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues

To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations

Allocate duties to the team, supervising and assisting

Coaches team to take corrective action as necessary and ensures follow-through

Carry out appropriate training for all team members

Highlight customer complaints on food quality, customer service and other operations issue to management team for purpose of future improvement.
