Qualifications :

A Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy

Handle and prepare full set management accounts for multiple fnb companies

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Ability to exercise judgement and discretion, interpret guideline and resolve nonstandard work problems

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software

Able to speak & write in good English, Malay, Mandarin.

SST & E-Invoicing experience preferred

Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi- task

A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure

Good time management especially in meeting timelines

Duties And Responsibility

Handle full set of accounting work such as AR, AP, Management Account, Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting

Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule

Preparation payments according to payment cycle for multiple vendor

Financial and SST report preparation and submission

Statutory payment and report

E-invoicing and follow regulations

Responsible for monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

Ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.

Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development.

Assist in other ad-hoc duties and when assigned from time to time
