Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share for liquid egg products

Identify and secure new business opportunities within food manufacturing, bakery and HORECA sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors

Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform growth strategies

Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Collaborate with production, quality assurance, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and implement corrective actions as needed



Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a related field

Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG or agribusiness

Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills

Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to travel as required
