Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team to achieve collection targets

Ensure all customer payments are received on time and accurately recorded

Monitor overdue accounts and take proactive steps to resolve payment issues

Implement and maintain credit control policies to protect company cash flow

Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to management

Collaborate with sales, finance and customer service teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce outstanding debts



Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Proven experience managing accounts receivable or credit control

Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Confident in leading a team and communicating effectively with customers

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office

Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
