Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.

Maintain sustainable dealership production levels

Create action plans and effectively manage team leaders and sales staff

Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities

Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods

Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan

Work with the Dealer Principal to review forecasts.

Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments.

Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers.
