Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing Mobee’s dealer network and driving transaction performance.

This role focuses on strengthening existing dealer relationships, onboarding quality dealers, ensuring active participation in our digital auction platform, and achieving monthly sales and margin targets.

This position requires strong relationship management skills, commercial understanding, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with assigned used car dealers

Act as the main point of contact for dealer enquiries and coordination

Maintain long-term trust and collaboration with dealers

Ensure smooth communication between dealers and internal teams

Dealer Network Expansion
Identify and onboard new quality dealers

Expand network coverage within Klang Valley and other regions where required

Ensure dealers meet Mobee’s operational and documentation standards

Sales & Performance
Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets

Maintain required gross margin targets

Ensure high dealer participation rate in digital auctions

Increase repeat transaction rate from dealers

Risk & Payment Monitoring
Monitor dealer payment behaviour

Follow up on outstanding payments

Escalate potential credit risks when necessary

Ensure compliance with documentation and ownership transfer processes

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in used car industry, automotive, or B2B sales

Strong understanding of dealer operations and market dynamics

Good negotiation and relationship management skills

Performance-driven and target-oriented

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Willing to travel for dealer visitations, onboarding, and industry events
