Position Summary

The Manager, Marketing is in charged of all the marketing activities for Lexus. Marketing activities including digital activation, on ground activities, online selling readiness and new car launch campaign planning.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Lexus retail outlets to ensure efficient dealer and service operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and after-sales services.

Develop long-term strategy and implement operational processes, policies, and procedures to maintain high operational efficiency.

Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding targets for vehicle sales, parts, and services.

Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise strategies for business growth.

Ensure profitability by managing expenses, controlling costs, and maximising revenue generation opportunities.

Manage the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure efficient data management in achieving dealer efficiency, consistent customer experience and increased profitability.

Ensure dealers’ compliance with all legal, safety, and company standards, including regulations related to automotive retail and service.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, inventory, and financial performance.

Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales or any relevant field

At least 10 years of experiencein automotive retail operations

Professional level of spoken and written English

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Customer Oriented

Good Financial Acumen

Familiar with Automotive Retail Operations

Versed with CRM and Inventory Management Systems
