Key Responsibilities:
-Manage import & export LCL inquiries (via phone/email/WhatsApp, etc) for sea shipments—address customer questions on pricing, transit time, customs clearance, and real-time cargo tracking.
-Coordinate with internal ops, warehouse, and local customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment flow; proactively notify customers of key updates (e.g., cargo arrival, clearance status, minor delays) in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
-Assist in resolving common issues (e.g., missing shipping docs, customs hold-ups) by following up with relevant teams; document solutions to avoid repeated problems.
-Handle customer bookings: confirm details (consignee, cargo type, delivery address), verify docs (invoice, packing list, B/L), and ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs (JKDM) regulations (e.g., SST declarations).

Job Requirements:
-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics, sea freight operations, or customer service (Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills may be considered).
-Familiarity with LCL operational processes and basic Malaysian customs regulations.
-Proficient in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
