Job Responsibilities：

1. End-to-End LCL Export Operations & Process Excellence
-Lead and manage the entire LCL export process—from booking, container stuffing, and documentation to customs clearance and exception handling—ensuring operational efficiency and full compliance.
-Continuously optimize workflows and cost structures. Supervise the team in executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service speed and quality.

2. Market Development & Strategic Resource Integration in Malaysia
-Conduct in-depth analysis of the local LCL market, competitive landscape, and client needs to formulate and execute strategies for route development and business expansion.
-Develop and maintain long-term, stable relationships with key local partners, including freight forwarders, warehouses, and transportation providers, to build a robust local network.

3. Client Relations & High-Performance Team Management

-Handle inquiries from clients and peers, designing competitive and tailored logistics solutions.
-Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure superior service delivery, proactively manage key client relationships, and resolve complaints or unexpected issues effectively.
-Be responsible for team building, training, and daily management. Set, monitor, and evaluate team KPIs to drive performance and enhance professional capabilities.

4. Compliance, Risk Control & Quality Assurance
-Ensure all operations strictly comply with Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) regulations, international trade terms, and company internal controls. Systematically identify and mitigate operational risks.

Job Requirements：
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience: More than 5 years of consolidation operation experience and more than 2 years of team management experience.
- Skills: Proficient in the consolidation business process and skilled in using Office software.
- Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Have keen market insight, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to withstand pressure.
- Be able to adapt to local peer visits.
