What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and Interior Design projects

Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

Monitoring project costs and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders

Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks throughout the project lifecycle

Advising on the most cost-effective construction methods and materials

Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Excellent understanding of construction materials, processes, and cost estimation techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Proficient in using relevant software and digital tools for cost management and project tracking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
