5.5 Alternate work week, Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-1pm

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Preparing and accountable for all customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged and arranging delivery .

Responsible for all arrangements and documenting customer shipments, preparing pro-forma invoices.

Issuing CN / DN to customer.

Ensures timely check and follow up customer outstanding order .

To update and maintain good documentation.

Job Requirement:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in business studies.

Possess own transport.

Must be able to use Microsoft office.

Willing to be based at Tebrau III industrial area.
