Job Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance for Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC controls, lighting control, and energy monitoring systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system faults, including hardware and software issues.

Commission, configure, and test controllers, sensors, and field devices.

Carry out system upgrades, firmware updates, and software patches.

Analyze and optimize system performance to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and system schematics.

Provide technical support and basic training to clients and end-users.

Assist the Manager in preparing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.

Attend meetings and resolve engineering or technical issues when required.

Handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and escalating to superior when necessary.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and feedback.

Ensure confidentiality of customer information in accordance with company policies.

Work closely with the sales team to support after-sales service, provide technical consultancy, and strengthen customer relationships.

Maintain good communication and teamwork within the department and across other departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health, safety, and industry standards.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.



Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BMS), HVAC mechanical systems, and controls is an added advantage.

Proficiency in building automation protocols and software such as BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Japanese language is an added advantage).

Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Computer-literate with the ability to use engineering and automation software.

Pleasant personality, proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and a good team player.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.

Willing to travel to project sites or outstation and attend customer meetings when required.

Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
