Key Responsibilities

Assist the Leasing team in updating tenant databases, lease records, and tracking lease expiry dates.

Support in preparing lease proposals, letters of offer, and simple tenancy agreements.

Conduct market surveys and benchmarking of rental rates and competitor malls.

Help coordinate with tenants on lease renewals, fit-out progress, and documentation.

Assist in preparing leasing materials such as mall layout plans, tenancy lists, and marketing decks.

Participate in tenant engagement activities and events when required.

Perform general administrative tasks related to leasing operations.



Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Interest in retail property or real estate management is an added advantage.
