Responsibilities:

Review, check and study drawings (IFC/details) and specifications; coordinate discrepancies, raise technical queries/RFI when required, and brief site team/sub-cons with correct information.

Coordinate shop drawings and material submissions for CSA works (as applicable) and ensure site execution is based on approved drawings/specifications.

Liaise with respective subcontractors on CSA work methods, sequencing and method statements/ITP to ensure smooth execution and minimise rework.

Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements; drive corrective actions to recover delays and maintain programme.

Coordinate site setting-out and dimensional/tolerance control (levels, gridlines, openings, bases/plinths, architectural control lines) to meet Data Center requirements.

Control concrete works execution including rebar inspection, formwork checks, pre-pour readiness and pour checklist; ensure quality records/inspections are carried out and rectification/defect close-out is completed.

Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily site reporting/man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of CSA site issues with relevant parties.

Coordinate and monitor availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment, ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety practices at work areas.



SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3 - 5 years of Building and/or Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) experience

Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and construction details; able to manage technical issues at site

Completed at least 1 building project (Data Center project exposure is an added advantage)

Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule/quality of CSA works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.

Ability to make fast decisions.
