What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plans for construction projects

Overseeing the inspection, testing, and monitoring of construction materials, processes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications

Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

Conducting regular audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of QA/QC procedures and recommend improvements

Maintaining detailed records of quality control data, test results, and corrective actions taken

Providing training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC best practices

Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards



What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
