Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise overall project operations and construction activities to achieve project objectives and targets.

Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects, covering areas such as budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and progress tracking.

Serve as the key liaison with authorities, consultants, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth execution and uphold project standards.

Provide strategic input and analysis for feasibility studies, cost estimates, and other aspects of construction management to support decision-making.

Conduct routine site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with timelines.

Oversee the preparation of construction plans, cost controls, and work sequencing, particularly for high-rise developments.

Direct and guide project staff to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within allocated budgets.

Evaluate reports submitted by project team members and make necessary adjustments to plans or schedules.

Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in property development, including construction and project management roles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity, with proven ability to lead teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Background in Civil and Structural Engineering would be an advantage.

Solid knowledge of construction management practices, contract administration, and budgeting processes.

Familiar with relevant statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements in the property sector.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities confidently.
