Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant field

Degree with minimum CGPA3.30 and above / 2nd Class Upper.

Less than 2 years of working experience​.

Demonstrated leadership potential through co-curricular activities, projects, or community involvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

High adaptability and willingness to rotate across functions/business units.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Digitally literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
