Job Responsibilities :

CRM & Lead Management

Responsible for capturing, verifying, and updating project data across all business units in accordance to the parameters into the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure timely follow-up by business units & monitor status through the CRM system from initial visits, specification and quotation to securing orders.

Work closely with BU to ensure CRM adoption and usage.

Generate & maintain comprehensive reports that summarize nationwide project data, including project values, quoted vs. secured performance, success rates, and market share captured by product category.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

Track lead conversion rates, win/loss ratios, quotation success rates & sales cycle performance. Monitor GS initiatives including cross selling, bundle offerings & drives intercompany collaboration by tracking cross-selling engagement.

Reporting & Management Updates

Prepare monthly & quarterly GS performance reports for EXCO, including CRM pipelines & leads status, quotation value vs conversion, Synergy Revenue & Procurement cost saving contribution, update CSF & KPI, key trends, gaps & improvement areas. Support ad- hoc analysis, CRM user training & reporting requests from Group Management.

Act as a coordination point between Business Group with Grp Synergy & support continuous improvement of CRM workflows, reporting templates & KPI definitions.

Job Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.

Strong data management and coordination skills

Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.

Experience in construction/property or building materials industry preferred.
