Job Description

Oversee the sales admin & credit control processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processing of Sales & Purchase Agreement and loan documentation.

Coordinate with internal or external parties (e.g. Banker, project team, sales & marketing team) ensuring timely and accurate preparation and execution of SPA & loan documentation.

Identify areas of improvement in the sales admin and credit control processes and implement solutions to enhance performance.

Monitor and manage outstanding receivables to minimize risk and improve cash flow.

Ensure all processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Leverage technology and tools to automate and streamline documentation processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Prepare monthly report to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), cash flow projections and identify potential credit risks.

Lead the sales admin and credit control teams, providing guidance on best practices for handling agreements and documentation.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in Sales Administration or Credit Administration within the property development sector.

Required skill(s) MS Office & MHW

Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of the Housing Development Act, Strata Title Act, and end-financing requirements and procedures.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.

Hands-on experience in the entire process of sales administration from preparation of agreements until delivery of vacant possession and transfer of titles for Schedule G & H
