Job Responsibilities:

Discover and research trustworthy suppliers, assess potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Collaborate with key personnel to ensure clear communication regarding specifications and expectations.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on terms, conditions, and procurement processes.

Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and develop effective purchasing strategies.

Conduct cost and scenario analysis, as well as benchmarking against industry standards.

Lead initiatives focused on cost-saving and improving efficiency in procurement processes.

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

Perform other assignments as directed by superiors from time to time.



Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Purchasing, or a related field of study.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a strong supplier network.

Experience in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Strong sourcing and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, adaptable to frequent changes, and excellent time management skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
