1. Conduct regular audits based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements within the property industry.

2. Conduct regular audits of all departments based in Head Office to ensure adherence to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, regulatory requirements and Management System requirements.

3. Assist in the development, review and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation to ensure alignment with current practices and standards.

4. Conduct Internal Audits as per the audit schedule to all departments within the organization, prepare audit checklist, document findings, audit report and issuance of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) / Observation Reports.

5. Monitor and track Corrective Action (CA) arising from audit findings, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and effectiveness.

6. Coordinate and facilitate external audits, including certification audits, surveillance audits, and other related assessment audits.

7. Participate in ISO Management Review Meetings and compile and provide input on management system performance, audit results and continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to audits, Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Corrective Action (CA), and other quality-related activities.

9. Promote awareness and training on quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards across departments and project teams.

10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in existing practices, contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance quality performance and project outcomes within the property sector.

11. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.



Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with sound understanding of construction and quality assurance practices.

2. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the property development, construction, or building industry.

3. Strong knowledge of ISO Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and applicable regulatory and industry standards.

4. Hands-on experience in conducting ISO Internal Audits, and non-conformance reporting, with good attention to detail and documentation skills.

5. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

6. Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
