Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end project cycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.

2. Business Analysis:

Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents and systems.

Analyze data and processes to recommend improvements and efficiencies.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in client workflows.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and situations.

4. ERP Expertise:

Possess hands-on experience with ERP products and demonstrate a strong understanding of their functionalities.

Provide insights into market trends and industry best practices related to ERP solutions.

Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client requirements and ERP capabilities.

Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERP solutions according to client needs.

5. Technical Skills:

Possess a basic understanding of technical concepts to facilitate communication with development teams.

Comfortable navigating technical documentation and understanding system architectures.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ERP products and understanding of business and market trends. Added advantage with experience in implementing or working with HR systems.

Basic technical skills and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.
