Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct internal audits across nationwide branches to review financial and operational transactions and detect errors or misappropriation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

· Evaluate branch operational performance, overall outlook, and service quality standards.

· Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and areas for improvement and provide practical recommendations.

· Prepare audit reports, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.

· Coordinate and liaise with branch personnel and head office departments on audit and administrative matters.

· Perform general administrative duties, documentation, and record-keeping as required.

· Carry out ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.



Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 1 year experience in internal audit/retail operation management.

· Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide for branch audits.

· Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.

· Good understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.

· Good communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
