Our client, a German MNC is looking for Service Technicians to join their dynamic Team.

The role will require individuals to be based in Singapore and who is willing to travel around Singapore due to the work nature.



Job Responsibilities

Comply with all Company SOPs and meet established service KPIs.

Perform both indoor and outdoor service activities, including commissioning, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, modifications, and warranty checks.

Investigate customer complaints related to product defects, failures, or non-conformance, and propose appropriate corrective solutions.

Prepare and issue service reports for both on-site and in-house service activities.

Dismantle cancelled units for return to stock.

Conduct service and maintenance training sessions for customers on proper product usage

Supervise Authorized Dealers (ADs) during service work and report any discrepancies observed.



Job Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in industrial motor servicing

Possess SPM or equivalent mechanical certifications

English language proficiency needed to prepare service reports.

IT savy as will require to use Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Willing to work paid overtime after normal work hours.

Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.

Working location will be in Tuas - with company transport at Lakeside/Choa Chu Kang MRT Station
