Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Plan, coordinate, and optimize manpower allocation to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production performance, analyze downtime and quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Enforce workplace discipline, 5S, safety, and compliance to company policies.

Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.

Provide training and mentoring to production operators and line leaders to improve team capabilities and productivity.

Generate production reports and performance summaries for management review.

Requirements：

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Background in electronics or PCB industry is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams (around 100 headcount).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
