Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in, phone, and online customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable pre-owned options

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives in a professional and engaging manner

Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and explain valuation to customers

Negotiate pricing and financing options while ensuring customer satisfaction

Assist in processing all documentation related to the sale, trade-in, and vehicle delivery

Ensure that all vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and up-to-date with accurate information

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management

Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns

Stay updated with current inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned/used vehicles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a professional and confident approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drives
