Main Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Division. This role ensures smooth coordination for sales plan, budget, reporting, Account Receivable control as well as other administrative jobs.

Compile monthly A/R report & monthly reporting to Sales Mgmt.

Monitor customer payment status & highlight to PIC on any irregularities which affect or could affect customer payment e.g. wrong pricing, document missing & etc.

assist PIC to maintain selling price in CIGMA if required.

Compile weekly and monthly Sales Report (OE).

Coordinate Sales & Marketing Budget formulation - analysis & report compilation.

Compile & analysis on Sales Division Monthly Expenses & report to Sales Mgmt.

Coordinate OE Sales Planning activity - data & report compilation.

Monitor customer (AM) to avoid payment issue.

Monitor customer C3 Exemption (OE) to avoid import tax impact to DENSO Malaysia.

Support compliance with audit requirements and company SOPs

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor in Business Admin / Marketing or any related field or equivalent experience.

Have experience in the automotive industry & related job or equivalent is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.

Familiar in order processing, delivery control & invoicing.

Good communication skills.

Quality oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
