Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and on-time delivery while supporting the Production Manager and working with cross-functional teams to meet targets safely and efficiently

1. Production Planning & Coordination
Coordinate manpower, materials, and machine availability to ensure smooth workflows.

Monitor production output to ensure alignment with targets and timelines.

2. Operations Management
Oversee production processes on the shop floor to ensure efficient operation.

Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.

Ensure machines and equipment are used correctly and report maintenance needs promptly.

3. Quality
Enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.

Conduct in-process inspections and report deviations to the Quality team.

Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean, etc.).

4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics.

Assist in preparing production-related documentation for audits and internal reviews.

5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Promote a safe working environment and participate in regular safety briefings.

Report and support investigations of accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions.

Job Requirement

Bachelor in Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering or any related field.

Experience in production management will be an added advantages.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills.

Quality oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
