Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) deployment, training, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, regional alignment, and technical skills development to enhance equipment reliability and operational excellence

Develop and execute TPM plans aligned with company goals, foster cross-functional collaboration, and conduct training to embed TPM in daily operations.

Set annual downtime reduction targets, monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and prepare KPI reports with improvement recommendations

Drive Digitalization DX integration by applying IoT, data analytics, and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies through data-driven insight.

Lead Kaizen activities to improve reliability and reduce waste, support TPM maintenance pillars, and implement best practices and innovative solutions

Ensure TPM compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate records, downtime analysis, and DX documentation.

Lead OEE improvement initiatives to raise site-wide performance, deploy consistent practices across all plants, develop model lines, and build team capability through training and analysis

Conduct OEE and TPM training, lead Genba walks, support regional alignment, and coordinate compliance activities to ensure readiness and best practice implementation.

Strengthen manufacturing structure by defining roles, enhancing technical skills, standardizing processes, conducting assessments, and promoting equipment ownership to improve productivity, quality, and OEE.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering fields.

Strong programming skills and ability to learn new technologies.

Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
