Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the Bonding, Coating, and Visual Inspection processes to support new product setup, mass production, and continuous process improvement.

Prepare and maintain Bonding, Coating, and Visual Inspection machine programs, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.

Plan and support new product preparation and process design

Implement process improvements to enhance safety, reduce cost and man-hours, and improve production efficiency.

Support in reporting for New Product Mass production running and summarize and report process defect condition on monthly meeting.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet production schedules.

Improve production flow through layout and process planning.



Job Requirement

Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any related field.

Familiar with mechanical or electrical drawing able to use AutoCAD, Visio, SolidWorks are added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work in under pressure, tight deadline, independent and self motivated.

Good in communication skills.
