What You’ll Do
Responsible for routine order processing and ensure accuracy of issuing Sales order

Assist Sales Manager & Executive to carry out the daily routine task.

Handle Purchase Order, Sales Order, Proforma Invoices and shipment.

Co-ordinate with relevant department at the factory for order processing matters.

Responsible for accuracy of data – CRF, Sales Analysis, Master OSR.

Keeps proper filing records.

Maintain rapport with customer all the time via correspondence.

To schedule, arrange and attend meetings inter and intra departments.

Monitoring payment of customers.

Handle sample preparation.

Attend and support exhibition.

Any other tasks assigned by superior.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the administrative field.

Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Good Human Relation Skills.

Good verbal and written communication skill and English.

Good record Keeping.

Excellent in Microsoft Office application.
