DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize and follow up subordinates in carrying out their daily tasks diligently.

Verify and review correct practices and preparation steps by subordinates.

Arrange and organize of all tanks cleaning as per planned schedule.

Get approval from executive for any chemical adjustment needed at point of preparation. To ensure all adjustment quantity and reason recorded into respective forms or checklist.

To ensure all compounds and materials to be used are correctly store, segregate, label and practice first in first out requirement.

To ensure all necessary test parameters are conducted by QA laboratory and ensuring only approved compounds or preparations can be release for production use.

To ensure all compounds and prepared chemicals or materials are correctly and timely recorded into respective forms or checklist.

To train and supervise group leaders and compounders on all work activities directly or indirectly related to compounding department.

Regularly to remind subordinates on the important of safety and health practices. Also, to ensure the adherence of company's rules and regulation.

Ensure good housekeeping for the entire compounding plant at all times.

To verify all equipment’s used in compounding are service and maintain its functionality at all times.

Follow up and report to executive or manager on any equipment’s required replacement.

Assist R&D works when required.

Ensure safety tools and equipment used at compounding is store at the designated area.

Provide support and assistance to subordinates on any compounding issues that are beyond their ability to resolved.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Work Experience:

Preferable with 1 year of working experience

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

Supervisory and communication skills

Good in human relation skills

Able to work on shift rotation

Able to do planning and organizing work
