Job Responsibilities :

Water Treatment Plant

Ensure all the parameters for scrubber plant operation is within the standard range.

Ensure the mechanical parts and equipment’s in well-maintained conditions.

Monitor the Scrubber plants process and operation.

Carry out breakdown, preventive and improvement jobs related to mechanical and electrical scope.

Ensure the plant 5S maintenance is in good condition.

Carry out project works given by the plant engineer.

To troubleshooting machine issues and carry out repair and modification if necessary.

Ready for on-call duty after working hours.

Willing to work on shift.

To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.

Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues / items.

To improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

To ensure works / jobs done with high efficiency and quality.

To always encourage department teamwork.

To liaise with other departments / plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.

To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.

To ensure and practice self-safety of all works performed.

To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (checklists, commissioning reports, and etc.).

Always adhere to company rules, policy and regulations.

To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.

To take care of all tooling and properties given to them.

To attend all training held and customized to them.



Utility

Performs installation, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance for all equipment under care of utility department.

Ensure boilers, chillers and air compressor systems always operating in the optimized conditions.

Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or required repair to supervisor/engineer.

Investigate and identifying solutions to utility problems.

Identify abnormal or emergency situations and take immediate necessary correction action.

Performs other duties or special projects as required by superior.

Required to work in shift, on call and work on mandatory overtime as per company policy.

Performs and maintains general housekeeping of work area.

To ensure work safety of all jobs and adhere to company’s HSE policy.

Any other task that may be assigned by the superior.

To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

To liaise with other departments/ plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.

To always look for ways to reduce breakdown time and prevent breakdown.

Requirements

Diploma/ certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical related industry. However, fresh graduate with good attitude and initiative shall be considered.

Experience in welding, cutting, and grinding works is an added advantage.

Knowledge in boiler operation, chiller operation, air compressor operation and genset operation.

Have experience in air conditioner and FCU operation

Familiar with pump and motor maintenance
